Ocean views from the room took my breath away. Limited chairs around the pool made lounging hard to find. Snorkeling right from the dock was fantastic.

This hotel was a well-suited match for a couple of nights in San Andres with a great value-to-price ratio. I loved the unique ocean pool that had some of the best snorkeling around. Try to book the Italian restaurant early for the best experience.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first visit, the staff were incredibly helpful to my elderly parents. I'll surely return for another trip.

the room was a mess. mold and mildew everywhere. the diving experience was fantastic with warm water and friendly guides. also, the location was perfect for exploring the local shops. i loved the open-air bar by the dock!

The rooms had great air conditioning and a private bathroom with free toiletries. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end and sun loungers. The location was awesome, just a 5 min walk to the beach and local restaurants. Plus, the spa offers relaxing massage services.

The ocean view from the Double or Twin Room offers a stunning sight of blue shades that truly represent the beauty of the location. With clean facilities and a well-kept pool, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing days by the sea, complemented by varied dining options at the Thai and seafood restaurants.

However, the hotel shows its age. the rooms have outdated decor and some issues like a leaking bathroom roof. While the food selection is decent, the all-inclusive offerings lack variety, and the presence of flies around some dishes isn't ideal. Communication can be tricky due to the language barrier, making it difficult to get certain services or assistance.

The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful ocean views from the rooms, and the natural swimming pool is a real highlight. However, the food was hit or miss, and there were issues with noise and staff flexibility. Overall, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.
